Main Application

This set is used for dry, brittle materials in medicinal, chemical and food-processing industries, being a new type integrating pulverization and dust collection.

 Principle of Operation

Materials in grinding chamber gets pulverized between the fixed and rotating cog discs. After screening, the end-product enters collecting case from pulverizing chamber, while the mill dust goes through dust box and filtration in the cloth bag to be reused. Thus there is no flying dust to make the work environment clean with high output of the end-products.

1.This set consists of material-collecting box and dust collector of stainless-steel material. The feature is without flying dust in pulverizing process.

2.In the grinding chamber there is a water cooler the guarantee the material quality and extend the mixers service life.

3.This mixer can also, without the material and dust collectors, be used as an individual for more economic efficiency in practicability.
